Long hours and hard work weren’t cutting it.
As Roger continued to grow his business, he also continued to realize that his business never seemed to get over the financial hump of barely getting by. With the fluctuation in the cost of inventory and the seasonal aspect of his business, he consistently found himself running hard to keep his business afloat.
